Spread across 3 floors, Homestead has luxury residences, 2 separate party areas (at ground and rooftop levels), a gym, computer room and a host of other facilities and services. In brief, here are some of the conveniences you will enjoy when you stay at Homestead:

Checking in and out:
We follow the 12-hour check in / check
out system, and check out time will be 12 noon. Special late
check out will be at the discretion of the management.
- Accommodation and furnishings:
Spacious air-conditioned residences: Our
spacious residences are totally self-contained. Each
residence has two or three bedrooms, with attached bathrooms,
a living-cum-dining room and a kitchenette.
 The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, water-purifier, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, gas stove, crockery, cutlery, a pressure cooker and vessels. So you can make yourself a cup of coffee, heat up instant food or cook up an elaborate meal.
Elegantly furnished, our rooms are also eminently practical featuring upholstered sofas; round, marble-topped dining tables that seat four; a writing table (for executive apartments); mirrors; lots of cupboard space; soft lights and heavy curtains.
Other useful appliances and facilities: Every residence comes with a 20" multi-channel colour TV, music system (Two in one - Cassette Player & Tuner), DVD players, iron and iron board, hair dryer and telephone with STD / ISD facilities.

Two separate party areas:
You can host a party of up to 40 guests, at our ground floor party
area, complete with its landscaping and splashing fountain. You
can also host conferences / parties for about 40 guests at our
picturesque rooftop party area. In either case, we can organise
the catering for you.

Exercise and workouts
Our well-equipped gym includes a treadmill,
exercycle, professional workout unit, and hand weights. And
early morning walks are a delight, with the green environs
of Cubbon Park just a few minutes away.

In-house services
Housekeeping: We ensure your rooms are
sparkling and your linen fresh.
Laundry: We have an in-house laundry
service with same-day return of laundry.
Pantry: You can order beverages and light snacks from our pantry between 7 am to 10 pm.
