    Unlike hotels, homestead serviced apartments are much more comfortable and easier on the pocket as they provide larger spaces (with a full kitchen and living room) for a relatively lower price than a hotel room. Homestead is ideal for long stay guests but welcomes short term guests as well.

    All the reservations should be guaranteed by a valid form of payment. i.e. by credit card, cash deposit, demand draft, vouchers and bill-to-company letter (incase the travel agent and the companies are listed in the credit list). One night room charges is considered as deposit to guarantee the booking

    Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the date of arrival will attract NO FEES. However, one night’s room tariff will be charged for any late cancellations or no shows. In case of early departure 50% of the remaining nights is charged as retention.

    Reservations can be made at your convenience, be it a few months in advance or even on the day of arrival. Walk-in’s are also allowed, but to ensure a room is available, please book as early as possible.
