Unlike hotels, homestead serviced apartments are much more comfortable and easier on the pocket as they provide larger spaces (with a full kitchen and living room) for a relatively lower price than a hotel room. Homestead is ideal for long stay guests but welcomes short term guests as well.

All the reservations should be guaranteed by a valid form of payment. i.e. by credit card, cash deposit, demand draft, vouchers and bill-to-company letter (incase the travel agent and the companies are listed in the credit list). One night room charges is considered as deposit to guarantee the booking

Kindly call us or email us using the details listed on the Contact Us page at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to avoid any cancellation charges. A retention fee of one room night is charged for any late cancellation and no show. In case of early departure 50% of the remaining nights is charged as retention.
