Reservation Policies:

Guarantee Policy: - All the reservations should be guaranteed by a valid form of payment. i.e. by credit card, cash deposit, demand draft, vouchers and bill-to-company letter (incase the travel agent and the companies are listed in the credit list)

Deposit Policy: - One night room charges is considered as deposit to guarantee the booking

Retention Policy:- One night room charges is charged as retention for any late cancellation and no show. In case of early departure 50% of the remaining nights is charged as retention.

Cancellation Policy:- The cancellation policy is 72 hrs prior to arrival.
